Subject Rho, or, "Rho" as Daichi refers to it, is seemingly in possession of no real personality of which to speak. He is unflinchingly obedient to his Tamer, barely speaks, and bears a neutral facial expression at all times. When in his Dracmon form, this a rather eerie constant grin.[break][break]

Somehow completely shackled to Daichi's D-Power, Subject Rho's personality subroutines are seemingly controlled by some kind of experimental technology employed by the Digivice. The origins of this technology are altogether unknown, and seem to work solely for the linkage between Daichi and Subject Rho -- he cannot usurp or control other Digimon.

Very little is known about Subject Rho's history, but considering his name and the nature of the link between himself and Daichi, it is fair to assume that he is the subject of serious experimentation. Daichi describes the Digimon as 'tailor-made' and 'only a weapon', which serves to reinforce this hypothesis.[break][break]

However, considering Daichi, it is fair to say that whilst he considers Subject Rho a possession and a tool and continues to work alone, he is not in possession of the ability to foster either a completely malleable digital presence, or the control link he possesses over it. It can be confidently concluded that the relationship between Digimon and Tamer is the result of another individual's experimentation, if perhaps under duress from the colossus.[break][break]

Finally, due to Daichi's age and his relatively recent acquisition of his partner Digimon, he would typically be unable to manifest Tamer abilities. Therefore, it is likely that Subject Rho was a pre-existing Digital presence who has been forced by manual reprogramming to partner up with Daichi.

[ NIGHTMARE SMOKE ] - Rho exudes thick, obfuscating black-purple smoke. It surrounds him at melee range. Coming into contact with the smoke will cause tiny DARK damage and a low chance to be inflicted with STUN for the remainder of that turn. Rho can also use this ability to escape from battle provided he is not otherwise impeded. [break][break]

[ EYE OF GOMORRAH ] - Rho focuses one of the eyes on his hands. It mists over, and glazes a deep purple. He targets one enemy and releases a lance-shaped burst of dark energy, dealing tiny DARK damage on impact.[break][break]

[ TENDRILS OF DIS ] - Rho conjures thick, gnarled wooden roots from underfoot to strike at an enemy in melee range. This deals tiny WOOD damage on impact, with a tiny chance to inflict ROOT for two turns.[break][break]

[ DEVOURING SLUDGE ] - Subject Rho conjures a horrific, putrescent slime from the depths of the digital abyss. Aimed at up to two targets, this deals low TRASH damage, the black sludge moving rapidly across the floor. If there is only one target, it will strike twice for low damage. If the target is airborne, the sludge will be launched as a burst from in front of Subject Rho.

[ SANGUINE BLADES ] - Duskmon becomes a flurry of slashes in an instant, dealing moderate Dark damage to one target. At melee range, this is a quick combo of up to six strikes with the arm-mounted blades on Duskmon's armour, capable of lacerating foes with aplomb. At distance, Duskmon launches a burst of six tapered blades at great speed. If this attack makes contact, for each hit landed, Duskmon gains a stack of BLOODLUST, up to a max of 10. Stacks of BLOODLUST generate an additional point of STR and DEX each.[break][break]
[ ABYSSAL ICHOR ] - Duskmon drinks of the dark, muddled energies of the unknowable digital abyss. A viscous tar surrounds the lower half of his form, and Duskmon regenerates a moderate amount of health rapidly. This has a cooldown of one post.[break][break]
[ OCULUS HEX ] - The eyes across Duskmon's armour flash brightly and transfix a nearby enemy. They have a moderate chance to inflict a single target that can see any of the eyes with Curse for four turns, which deals low Curse damage every turn to all Digimon, and also prevents Virus Digimon from boosting their ability scores.[break]
