[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ For some, a "field trip to the mall" may invoke the images of make-up montages, ganguro girls, and classic mid-90s aesthetic. However, this was a trip that happened biweekly at Keiko's school. It ruins the fantasy when half the group cannot see said montages, try to find how best to cover their prosthetics, or wander off and unable to hear the chaperones call for them. There was even a second shuttle just for the chaperones, and admittedly while Keiko didn't much care for the trip, she did have pre-orders to pick up. She didn't care at all for her own escort, as nice as the woman was. Pushing the fully manual wheelchair wasn't hard, not with how slow she was going. People passed her easily and moved around her like some gigantic tanker. It was annoying, but she was free now. See, even escorts need to go to the bathroom. "Don't go anywhere." Pfft. She had wheels, that's like telling a shark to stop swimming. As she retraced her course to find that shop the two passed, her mind went back to the shuttles in the parking complex. More importantly to the undercarriage of one of them, and the digimon that was tucked away in the pipes. Vulcan insisted on coming on every single trip but they'd been here for more than a couple hours. There it was. A wonderfully huge music instrument retailer. There was a boy at the school, much like her that couldn't come out today. He was part of the school's band and there was enough money in the budget to by a new keyboard. She had a decent knowledge of pianos, knew the price range, and knew they delievered. She would glide in and nod to the front counter person, who had a very welcoming smile. Keiko kept on, eyes zeroed in on the sign that read "Pianos/Keyboards". She played a couple notes, running through the options on several before this varnish wood panelled beauty caught her attention. It had a very clear, even speaker system, precise note timing and the keys felt like they'd been broken in. She just had to try it. Just a little. She couldn't have forgotten how to play. "Okay...the bench looks big enough. If I can just-Just..." She leaned over on the bench then pushed up. If she could just get her butt on the bench, she could lift her legs over easy. In her struggling, though, she must've nudged her chair. And forgotten to put the breaks on. "Well, that's going to be a pain later." But gingerly, she lifted her legs over and under the keyboard, smoothing out the ruffles in her airy pink and white dress. Okay, so how did it go? No, wrong note. No, wrong. There it was. (OOC: See inventory for deck info) The rushing crowds of Shibuya was almost too much for Obito. Even during a less active hour, people were everywhere. The only real safe place to be was in one of the many malls so you wouldn't get crushed in the crowds. He still was adjusting to life in Tokyo, but to him-- he hated Shibuya. Despite all the great places to go and fun things to try, it didn't seem like fun if you fought to survive on the streets. Just like a jungle. Something that his partner Digimon could easily adapt to. He could feel the presence of his jungle-cat like Digimon, hidden nearby cloaked from onlookers that moved by. But even with him being able to become invisible-- the cat still had troubles in Shibuya. It was hard for him to travel and stay close to Obito. At one point, someone stepped on his paw-- and caused a growl of anger. Scared the shit out of one lady. Now Obito was in the same Music store, listening to a track he liked on one of the sample headphones attached to one of the racks. He bobbed his head to the energetic, positive rap-like music that boomed into his ears. Even his Digimon could hear it through the link they shared to a degree and swayed a bit to the melody. Though he didn't intend to buy music at first, he was happy he found this album and thought to buy it. Meanwhile, Panthermon kept to himself and kept an eye around him. He sat easily beside Obito-- glancing around as the humans walked by them. Kojima Keiko Obito Kamigawa Asahi sighed as he walk into the music store near his Father card shack. He just finished his shift there and was going to pick up a few CDs before he had to start his shift with the Troop. Speaking of his extra actives, "Azrael, any thoughts on the music we should pick?" His partner was hiding in a small bag over his shoulder. Well not the best hiding spot, and he does get wired looks when he talk to it, it was better safe then sorry to have him around. "Digimon, here..." And that little phase stop his good mood for just a movement, his eyes searching for any sign of it. Other than row of music, countless of instruments, and a handful of human there was no sign of it. Everything was fine, and no one look out of place to him, so the only other choice it could be is that there a second tamer around here. It was more likely that as he was in a ward that was claim by a tamer gang, though he can't remember which one it was. Unwilling to make a screen, and not risking any extra attention, he moved his way to the classical section of the shop. While walking to the section, he was hit be a wheeling chair that came from the piano area. A little worry, he moved it back to where it came from, and to the only person that was there. Locking the break, he had practice with his grandparents, he move back and listen to the song the girl was playing. He stay there until she was finished and clap at the end.
SC13 - Pebble Shower - Allows a Digimon to call upon a tiny storm of small rocks and rubble, inflicting tiny earth damage to one target. SC23 - Venom Splash - Splashes a single target in a venom, which has a tiny chance (must roll 90 or higher) of inflicting poison.
SC27 - Dampen - Wets a 250ft radius with a light rain for a duration of 5 posts.

[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ The keys were so light, Keiko's fingers maneuvered over them so easily. She could cover for a wrong note with a run up to the right note with barely any effort. She had no pedal to nudge with her elbow, but she still managed to let the bass linger. Her eyes were so focused on her hands, desperate not to mess this up. She did the same with rhythm games, she felt that need to 100%. She thought she heard a bit of a clatter, but didn't stop. In fact, she got louder, hitting the keys with more vigor and intensity as she started to rock her shoulders, her hair falling over them to form a curtain in her periphery. She finished strong, back straightening to focus that last chord before she let out a long, slow exhale. She delicately ran the tips of her fingers over the black and whites...gosh, it'd been so long since she'd done that. Her arms hurt. Whew. Suddenly, this loud, discordant sound echoed through the keyboard room as Keiko cringed against the keys hearing the clapping behind her. She wasn't aware she had an audience. She had gotten immersed in this alternate world of white, just alone with her music. She could push the petal in that world. She slung her eyes behind her, impossibly long brown hair swinging to frame this intensely curious stare. Oh, no. No, it couldn't be. The face was the same. Eye color, a match. Hair length, height, build, match. Asahi Sol, 17, one of the field agents in this area. They'd spoken before, several times in both a cordial and professional context. That thin scar around his clavicle was still there, the visible leftover of him falling from his roof and breaking his left arm. His father owned a game shop, easy to procure armament for field agents. In fact, it was on her first recommendation to anyone in the gang looking for a "professional opinion". She lifted up her legs to lay them on the bench and nodded to him. "Please you're to-too k-ki-kaichoo!" Her hands shot right up her face. It felt like she had rocks in her nose now. Her eyes cut against her brow to look at him. His partner wasn't feline, so why were her allergies acting up? "Ha-have you-" sniff "seen any cats around?" Her voice was sort of low and stuffy. Kojima Keiko Asahi SolObito had taken off his headphones and picked up the album to purchase. He adjusted his glasses as he heard the woman on the keyboards. It was a lovely sound as she also talked to a young gentleman who also approached her as well. Mindful as Obito was, he kept his distance and just watched-- -- till the woman suddenly sniffled and sneezed. The mention of cats however made Obito stiffen. ... and Panthermon stiffened in unison too. Though invisible for others to see, Obito just glanced right to the giant cat. Obito had an intution where his Digimon is-- and Panther looked right back, as if to exchange words. Or rather... thoughts. "You should maybe make a bit of distance from here... considering your setting off someone's allergies," Obito suggested in his mind. The cat let out a soft but audible growl of disappointment. He stalked off elsewhere in the store so he wouldn't cause any trouble. Still, he didn't like being told to get lost. Perhaps then she wouldn't sneeze.
