Ah Japan's nightlife. Where the formality of the day gave way to Japan's more wilder side. And a good thing too. Hyde didn't know how much longer he could have gone without a stiff drink. Needless to say, once he was free from his job and the sun went down, he headed for the nearest bar he could find. Right now, the one eyed man was stumbling around Shibuya-Ku, thoroughly drunk off his ass and enjoying every bit of hit. He got a couple of chuckles from some of the other nightowls in the area, but for the most part, he was giving a wide berth. Being a tall, lanky foreigner with one eye would do that.
Meanwhile, his partner Grimes was keeping himself to the shadows, though the little mechanical digimon really wanted to get in on the fun. It would cause a lot of issues if the mechanical digimon exposed himself, but Hyde be damned if Grimes missed out on any of the fun. In fact, that was why Hyde had the extra bottle.
Finding a deserted alleyway, Hyde slumped back against the wall, as his partner slipped out of hiding to approach him. Hyde smirked and handed the small digimon the bottle. "Drink up mate," Hyde slurred, "Get some liquid courage in ya." Grimes tried to gulp down the booze, a bit of difficulty due to not having hands, but he was managing. "What's the plan boss?" The drunken man shrugged. "Not a clue. But there's bound to be some folks we can mess with. Digimon do seem to pop up here a lot afterall."

Oh what a night, what a night! Samara couldn't even remember how many losers she gave a fright tonight. What a load she had collected as well, certainly one that would make the boss most pleased. Cards, yen, and so much more - and it was all property of Nightmare now. Finally, it was time to wind down.
The gothic girl's crimson red heels clicked as she walked down the empty streets of Shibuya - well mostly empty, anyway, as there was always the odd straggler that lurked at this time of night. Her outfit was not exactly what one would expect from a mugger, nor a thief, outside of wearing mostly black, she adorned frills, jewelry, a fancy dress, and thigh highs - all objects that might come in the way of successfully taking somebody's possessions forcefully.
Rarely, however, did she have to actually get physical with anybody - so her style of dress was just that - style. Underneath the earth, about six feet deep, another presence lurked. The very monster that made this girl so frightening to others, her partner in crime, her Digimon, Gravemon. He dwelled underground until his tamer had her prey trapped, and then, well then. It was game over for them.
The drill haired girl turned down an alleyway, expecting to find a place to rest, but instead finding a rather nice treat. A man with an eyepatch, and his digimon partner. Some sort of set of gears, with eyes and a mouth. Samara brought a hand to her mouth, releasing a small chuckle before speaking to her latest victim, "Well, well, well, what do we have here? A miserable pile of bones and his little caretaker?"

"Don't hog all of it buddy," Hyde took the bottle from his partner and took a couple of swigs from the bottle. That was when he heard a voice speaking out to them. The one eyed man looked over to see a young woman nearby, approaching them from the darkness. Dressed in something that didn't look out of place in a gothic horror novel, and with hair which seemed to defy physics. Hyde looked over her with a drunken smile. "Bag of gears, and his caretaker, actually," he corrected, not catching that she meant HIM as the pile of bones. "And sorry lady, I'm not too interested. Though some drunken businessmen down the street might be interested."
Grimes glanced at the gothic girl, and then back at his tamer. "Boss, I don't think she's a prostitute." Hyde stopped mid swig to look at him. "Really? But look at the way she's dressed." "I think she's what you'd call a 'gothic lolita'." "Isn't that another term for 'kinky prostitute'?" "No boss. "Oh..." Hyde looked over at the young woman who had been standing there, seemingly unbothered by the sight of a digimon. "Sorry about that. So, how can I help you?"

This dude was seriously out of it - she had to wonder just how much he had to drink so far. The lanky alley rat didn't even catch her insult, and continued to go about how she was a street walker or something. Samara wasn't insulted by this, but rather bewildered, believing that nobody could honestly mistake her for somebody so lowly.
"I almost feel bad for you; you're as dense as Frankenstein's monster." The Gothic girl mocked, as he asked what she wanted. Surveying the alley, she checked for anything out of the ordinary. It was old, dirty, and full of discarded bottles. A few old fire exits, but other than that, there were only two ways out.
She gave her pale face a grim look, in an attempt to look dead, "How can you help me? I'm the one haunting this alley, and I'm here to bring you to the afterlife!"

At least the girl didn't seem offended by his mistake in her profession, at least in the traditional sense. She instead responded in cold mocking, comparing him to Frankenstein's monster. "Hey now," Hyde replied, "In the original book the monster, or "Adam" as the author called him, was quite intelligent. He was only treated like a beast because of his appearance." He took a swig from his bottle, "And if you mean the movie version, screw you because Karlof's a national treasure!"
Then came the reason why she had approached him, making a dramatic threat about sending him to the afterlife. Ghoulish threats, frankenstein reference, and dressed in gothic lolita fashion. Yep, this was definitely a goth chick. Hyde chuckled as he pushed himself off of the wall and stood up to his full height. "Well, good to see that Death is cute. Now then." a smirk spread across his face, "Where's your digimon I wonder?"

Samara giggled at the man's retort. So he knew his horror novels, that was quite the pleasant surprise. This meant that he could truly enjoy the trap that she had laid out for him. "Smart guy, huh? I like this, you're so perfect for your role!" Her ghoulish voice did not change. In reality, everytime she would speak, she'd press a voice changer hidden within her jacket.
"My Digimon? Why don't you look behind you?" The "ghost" girl warned the man and his partner. At this very moment, the earth would begin to move in a spot not too far from where the drunken duo were standing. From this earth a grey rock would rise, then revealing more of its grim features. It was a slab, rather, a tombstone. It then cracked, forming a jagged mouth and a single yellow eye. A moan came from its mouth, but no words.
"Your grave is already dug. You can not escape your demise." The malicious girl scorned, her partner in crime then rushing at the gear creature. The undead monster wished to take a bite out of the other Digimon, going in for a basic attack.

Hyde felt the ground beneath his feet shake a little, not enough for anyone outside of the alleyway to notice, before the ghoul girl's digimon burst out from the earth. Something that resembled a gravestone. Hyde blinked as he looked at the digimon, taking his digivice and scanning it quickly. "Gravemon huh? Well I guess with a digimon like that you need to go the goth route, huh?"
Of course, while going through all this, the grave digimon shot forward, clamping its stone jaws down on one of Grimes' 'hands'. The mechanical digimon let out a yelp as he tried to shake the Gravemon off. "Gah! Boss! Help me out here!" Hyde made a step towards them before pausing. "I dunno. It's bad luck to break a tombstone you know. Guess you're handling this one." "What, and let me get the bad luck!?" "Mate, it's biting you. I think you already have bad luck."
The Solarmon let out a frustrated grunt and tore his 'hand' free from the Gravemon's grip, sending sparks flying. "Let's see how you like this!" He shouted, his gears spinning and sending a shower of sparks at the digimon, "Grind Sparks!"
