At first glance, Jun comes off as an abrasive, foul mouthed, punk. His actions come off as hostile in place of anything else, save for maybe uncaring. While he may approach topics, speak to them, and arch a brow before voicing some form of disinterest or disgust, this is all an act. He may pick fights, he may make a deal of enemies, but on the inside he is an entirely caring man who wears his burdens for others, and has became afraid to show his softer side. He's grown socially numb from years of playing the bad guy for other's sakes, and expects hostility from every social encounter rather than seeing any positivity. The idea of a lasting bond is foreign to him now, and he feels more akin to acting up to keep people from getting close than letting someone in.He does hold his interests, mostly in secrecy now however. School was a nightmare at first, his sister becoming a target because of her weaker state. He ended up being the one to step up and defend her, and quickly became known for fights and being sent home with reprimands. His mother, the school, everyone began to comment on his sudden change in demeanor and behavior. He was labeled a troubled kid, everyone blamed his dad and said he'd grow up like him... But Ren never said such, and he saw the bullies leave her alone to pick a fight with him. Since then he's worked to keep up this image, drawing the attention of a thug and a punk so that people would fight him over weaker kids, and still taking care of his sister after they moved from their home to Tokyo itself.

In his rage, he ended up sending Ren to the hospital, and from that day on she would be wheelchair bound.
