Kaida caught the paint without a flicker of surprise, nose twitching as she managed to catch a little whiff of what was soon going to cover these walls. Wonderful. She still wasn't amused by this man, but paused in her near anger to give Jorgie a genuine pet on the head, face softening up in the duration, " Good job." He slithered back up her arm, but this time burrowed deep within her clothing, taking shallow breaths, if the scent was going to be unpleasant for her, heaven knew how bad it'd be for the sharp smelling snake. She herself wrapped her mouth and nose in her bandana, already taking deep breaths before it suddenly went shallow in preparation. " These bastards don't fuck with Nightmare." She snarled, lips turning up in a terrible smirk as she shook the can with satisfying clicks. The curve of her eyes made it obvious of her feral smile, and she clearly didn't care if this was inappropriate in a mission to avenge a fellow Nightmare, this was exciting! She took up her place on the other side of the room, and started spraying a long arc on the wall, eyes narrowed as she attempted to somehow spray paint meticulously. She was kinda failing, but the symbol was looking alright, even if the smell made her lightheaded. Without missing a beat, she peered over her shoulder, aiming to see Kimura's progress. For once, he didn't manage to get a reaction from her, slightly surprised over this. Her digimon made itself known and openly comforted her, which he found odd given it was a serpentine creature. It was slowly coming to him why she joined their gang, but it was reasons like this that always perplexed him. She was mostly looking for safety among their ranks rather than any kind of wrongdoing. Only way she fit the mold was by being a violent loner, which was more common than he hoped. Some had managed to keep up with the original idea, to benefit one another above simply letting them coexist with one another.
Either way, gang politics wasn't to be discussed here or now, they had a job to do. A job they'd given themselves, but a job nonetheless. Quickly jerking his wrist back and forth to a delightful sound of the metal ball inside rattling to tell him there was still plenty of paint left, the young man took a decisive step forward. The aim was for the wall most visible when you first step into the room, wasting no time for subtlety. Stretching out his arm, he'd bend it back a bit, making sure his elbow had some room for what he was doing. He'd learned a few tricks in his time tagging up walls with the other guys, not that he was the most beautiful graffiti artist or anything.
Pressing down on the canister and moving his forearm in a circular motion, he managed to get a steady, but fully formed circle drawn. "The thing about drawing circles is you don't use your wrist, but your elbow. You have better control that way," He was just talking out loud to retrace what he'd learned prior, but this was pretty sound advice. Now had came the hard part of putting up their logo: getting the curved lines of the moon's details just right. It was a single swipe from just a few centimeters left of the middle, transitioning from a downward motion to one that went deeper into the circle. Pushing inward again to create the nose, his wrist began to sharply twist up and down to make those teeth apparent before switching his motion for the underside.
The details were turning out fine, almost recognizable, now he needed to fill it in. Before doing so, he picked a space just beside the nose to draw another, much smaller circle. The eye socket, so to speak, filling it in gently to make sure there was enough space between it and the lines of the small circle. Now, he just had to fill it in, probably the easiest thing about this tag, taking his time and carefully shading it to its full glory. Their logo had now adorned a wall in the prestigious busters tower, but that wasn't the end of it. While the logo itself had made an impact, the young man planned on driving the point home by writing down the name of the perpetrators.
Long, heavy strokes came under it, reminding all what this image stood for exactly. Big, bold letters spelling out 'NIGHTMARE', almost in recreation of what Kaida had just said, looking over to see her enjoying herself fully. She was looking a little weak from all the fumes these spray cans had, filling the small room soon enough. Not that she would admit it, but he'll be sure to watch out for her if she faints. "So, this is who you are," A pretty quick observation of the features of her cheekbones and the way she spoke. It didn't change his initial perception that she took pleasure in being alone, but she had the strides of an adrenaline junkie as well.
His original statement was vague, he made sure of that. It was time to expand on it, having given it enough time for her to gather her attention to him, "A little girl who gets off on mischief. Doesn't talk to others because she doesn't want them to know how she's like. Are you afraid of people judging you, even those who expect this kind of behavior? Or maybe you're afraid that if you get too close, you'll be a danger to them. Which is it, who are you trying to protect?" Yet again, the socialite was playing with her, using his skills to see just what he could uncover. Maybe Kimura can cause her to snap, get slapped right in his smug face.

Indeed, Kaida didn't seem her best in the fumes, but she was equally determined to muscle it out. The moment someone saw she was human, the worse everything got for her, except in Nightmare but she hadn't yet considered the possibility that loyalty extended beyond how much help she was...but it didn't matter, even lightheaded, she was having a sort of wild fun. Her hidden grin didn't halt even after he made some comment on it, and she let out a sound that could have been a grunt, or even perhaps a chuckle. " What? Ca-can't be proud of myself?" She replied through her bandana, head inclined slightly to keep her eye on the incomplete logo...hers was looking like his, except smaller and with clear lines where the spray paint became a little too much for the wall. She snorted, and started adding her own details, the games and points sharper than they should have been, but it was her brand of a sign. She shouldn't have reacted to the jab, maybe these fumes were making her stupid, but something about how he tried to examine her pissed her off far more than it should have. " Myself, dumbass." She spat, amending her statement a second later, " ...and Jorgie." She kept going, face mostly hidden, but the scarlet tinting her face and narrowed eyes were certainly not giving off a friendly air, " I don't need to take care of anybody too stupid to do it themselves!" Protect? Who was she protecting!? Who the hell needed to know that!? Not him! Not now, or ever! " ...Me, myself, and I are the most important people...and talking doesn't help me anymore than people talking does, so I just don't." Almost immediately after, she launched into a coughing fit and manually covered her mouth, " D-drop it. We got what we came here for." She snapped a photo of her own logo and whirled on her heel to capture his creation, being careful to not show either of them, " They can't be that stupid, we have to go." Kimura Kyōryoku

She hated talking and yet here she was, flying straight off the handle. At first, she assumed he was just taking a jab at her, but once it became a more consistent deconstruction, she was upset. Honestly, he could've probably said anything and she would be upset, didn't like the sound of others voices being too close to her. Yet here she was, saying that talking didn't seem to help her in the slightest. The act continued, the young lady saying that she basically didn't require any help. Oh, how wrong she was, how naive to believe that there was no point to his assistance.
"I'm pretty sure the way I talk got us into this room, but keep saying it hasn't helped you in the slightest. Maybe if you spoke more and tried making some friends, you wouldn't be too much of a stuck up bitch," He just loved watching her get mad, there was no way to take it seriously. Kimura stood from a literal and figurative foot above her, unsure just how long she'd managed to scrape by in this organization. All she cared about was herself, that's just not how they rolled, ask just about anyone. The boss wasn't kidding when he said he considered everyone family, so you should be more appreciative when you come under his roof. He was sort of like your dad and didn't ask you for much except for the loyalty towards what your family needed.
And right now, they were getting what they needed, that revenge that so many of them were lusting for. This may have not been much, but it was enough to satiate them for the time being. Until ya boi won the stupid fucking tournament and put it in everyone's faces. Kaida started coughing rather roughly, trying to speed up their process of departure by taking some quick pictures. For some reason, she obscured their appearance from these images, not like he was camera shy at all. Precautions were necessary, but that feeling for glory was still there. They'd be posting them up online later anyway, no need to feel as though there was a point to being in the pictures as well.
Guiding her out of the room, they'd be away from all those toxic fumes and he'd be removing the accessories he put on earlier. Soon, they were walking down the hall in solidarity, doing just as she asked. He was dropping it, not like she was in any condition to keep fighting for right now. Nothing about their little spat changed the way he looked at her, just a scared, small girl trying to find her place in the world. There was something bad about her, but nothing too inherently evil, she just wanted to live on the wild side of things. She didn't really have what it took to make it work though, but it was more than common for a person to grow with the tasks they were given.
As they neared the end of the hall and was ready to turn over, his smart phone sounded, surprised by this occurrence. It was unusual that he'd received a call on his personal phone, usually feeling the vibrations of a second, smaller phone he carried around. Removing it from his pocket, the number was indistinct yet it drew some purpose, hoping for it not to be random. Picking it up, he immediately started and was quickly stopped, "How did you ge-" His words cut off with the urgency of another, speaking quickly and trying to get news to spread as fast as possible. "Fuck, alright, I got it," A simple reply and a simple end to the call that just happened.
Now, does he tell her what he just heard or just wait to see if she receives the exact same message as him? If she was worth their time, she'd be told just as he was. Looking down to her, he acted quickly, "Honestly, I was gonna take you to lunch despite being a little firecracker, but there's more important shit going down right now." With that, he simply left her-- not like there was more to be said, he had somewhere to be and time was of the essence. If either of them wanted to meet up for food, they knew how to contact each other, they managed to meet each other here today just fine. Hopefully she wouldn't manage to get stuck in this building, having ran out quickly and possibly alerting the guard from earlier if he cared enough to pay attention.

Kaida let out a burst of breath and bared her teeth, " Bitch. That's new." It was rather hard to tell if she was being sarcastic or not, but she still looked very mad. If that guard had suspected anything, she'd have beaten him up, simple, though it would have made things harder on them it would still have proven their point. If anything, it just saved them some time. That was all that happened. The thrill of what they just did had hit its peak, and started to fade. Now she felt exposed, confined, and she needed to get out. It wasn't fear per say, she had faced more fearful situations and didn't feel scared. No, if they were caught, they weren't going to rub this incident in the stupid Buster's faces, and Jorgie would likely be killed in some stupid, valiant attempt to defend her. No way in hell that was happening. Thankfully, the matter was let go, and she breathed in a fresh coat of air...seconds before her phone went off. Instantly, she scrambled for it. There were only a few possibilities. A prank call. A wrong number. Some Nightmare member who somehow jotted down her phone...or two numbers that she never took out...she wasn't really sure what she'd do if it turned out to be those two numbers. Jorgie found it first, and both he and her narrowed their eyes at the number. Who the hell was this? No doubt it was Nightmare, but for what she couldn't even fantom, and Jorgie swiped he tail on the screen and started to open his jaws in a whisper on for the receiver, " Who dares-" Immediately Kaida drew back at a near hysterical voice, almost impossible to tell what was even said, but she got the gist of it, Nightmare was going into battle now. The familiar thrill was back, and her lips twitched slightly, " Got it. I'm coming." She herself shot down another hallway, peering back at Kimura only for a second before her phone beeped with more messages from the gathering Nightmare. Coming. I'm coming.Kimura Kyōryoku
