For a murder scene, the bathroom was relatively still uncleaned. Blood caked the tiles still, though the body of the late Kenshin has been since moved. Good for those squeamish dead bodies, but still a rather grisly sight. The only thing that would have hampered one's ability to maneuver in the area was a haphazardly placed "Slippery When Wet" sign, even though the blood has by now dried up. The smell of death permeated through the area though. Still, for the most part... the entire area was easily searchable. Not much effort has apparently been made towards investigating the scene beyond disposing of bodies. |

Well, the good news were that there was no dead corpse on site. Apparently, it had been moved. At least they had done that.
The bad news were that the place still reeked of death, not to mention the other not so palatable scents related to a bathroom.
The other good news however, where that the crime scene had essentially not been tampered with at all. It was clear that whoever had tried to investigate the crime before (if anyone had at all) had either not put much effort into it (meaning it was probably a buster or a trooper) or had not been smart enough for it (in which case it was definitely a Nightmare).
Generalizations, yes, but who cared.
Taking dainty steps around the blood caked tiles, the young man slowly rounded around the toilet aisle in which the corpse had been found. once inside, he narrowed his eyes at the likely grisly sight.
What could have been left behind that may be used as evidence...? He gazed around took a careful squat onto the ground. Perhaps being closer to the ground would allow him to find evidence more easily.
He tried to focus onto the floor as he spoke up to the Mirror digimon. "Don't suppose you've found anything?"

Kasumi could only conclude on two things. Either Goggles was speaking seriously and was reaaaaaaally dumb, or she was trying to joke around to ease the situation's innate tension. In either case, she'd just blankly stare the raven-haired teenager before answering. "It was... some stalker girl. Apparently, she fancied going after Nightmares or something."At least Mirrormon found himself in the company of better conversation, even if thus far, his search hadn't thrown any results. It was a bit of a bummer, but it wasn't much he could do about it. "I've been searching this place tirelessly, but thus far I haven't been having any luck at finding something worthwhile. Maybe I'll have better results on the next area."If anything, there had to be something over here, right? No crime was a perfect crime, and unless the crime scene had been cleaned somehow, there had to be at least a small clue. But now that he thought about it... "Given how nonchalant the authority of this building was about this murder, what if he was related in some way to it? I think it's a possibility we shouldn't discard just yet."

If there was one thing that kinda disgusted Haru, it was just how... uncaring the Busters seemed to have been with this mess. They didn't even bother cleaning up the bathroom! For a team that holds themselves so highly, why would they stoop this low? "It's awful how they haven't even really tried to clean everything up. Do the Busters just not care?" That couldn't be the entire truth. There had to be good people in the Shinjuku Busters... like how there were probably good people in Nightmare. Regardless if they were a Nightmare, no one deserved to die like this. "Human blood smells gross." The Plotmon tailing close behind Haru would idly comment, seemingly just in a world of them own at the moment. That or they were equally uninterested as the Busters were. Haru wasn't sure. Shortness aside, the mirror Digimon seemed far more wise about handling this situation, coming up with a very good point about how nonchalant they were acting in regards to the murder. "Are you implying that mister Tenno had a hand in this? That would be awful... but that doesn't really add up. Why would the leader of the team of lawbringers just kill someone like this?" A motive could be found, but frankly... Haru just was unable to think of a single good reason as to why.

"Are you actually surprised they don't care? Honestly, I bet if it had been a busters that had gotten creamed, the nightmares would be laughing all over the tower." said the blonde to the gogglehead from within the stall. "These guys have a very violent rivalry, regardless of how it may look currently. I'm surprised Tenno's dismissal of Kenshin's murder didn't start a gang war inside the tower."
"Maybe. But it doesn't really make sense. The guy clearly has quite the ego, and this entire thing just makes him and his gang look mighty incompetent." replied the blonde. "It just doesn't seem like Kenshin was important enough to put his reputation up for a trashing."
He moved from his squatting position to stand up straight, balancing on the balls of his feet to stretch his sore knees. So far, no particularly incriminating evidence inside the stall, beyond the blood caking every inch of it. Unfortunately, it did little to help him figure out who was responsible.
Honestly, how could a murder occur inside an office building like this with no one even noticing? Weren't there supposed to be cameras everywh-
"Huh." The blonde mumbled to himself, his gaze moving away from the stall and up towards the ceiling. Somewhere in the bathroom there should have been camera positioned somewhere. Their angle was usually such that they couldn't directly see into the stalls, but the blonde was willing to bet the CEO of the Busters gave no craps about the privacy and decency of others.
"Hey, Mirrormon. Can you see a surveillance camera anywhere in the Bathroom?"
