Mirrormon nodded to Panthermon's statement. "The way of knowledge is long and full of trials, but walking through it is one of the most rewarding experiences I've had. Knowing I'm not even halfway through it only makes me more excited about it."His partner, on her stead, seemed to acknowledge Obito's words with a nod. In all honesty, that only amounted to confirm her suspicions on the Buster's being more or less Tenno's willing henchmen. Sure, they could show some resistance, but they could also get the boot from their "benefactor" if he thought they were abusing their "membership" or whatever. Still not something she was willing to partake in. "That's a good way to see stuff, I guess. I don't really agree with it, but seems good enough."It was something where they were bound to disagree, but that's okay. "That's the spirit, I guess. You'll find plenty o' good and bad people on all the gangs, but I guess the key's just dealin' the people who're worth it, even if those are tad rare." In the end, she just shrugged, taking the topic as done before asking. "So... any short or long-term plans for you two? Mirrormon keeps speakin' about this legendary library on the Digital World, but I doubt we're ready to go n' try to find it." Obito Kamigawa

Kasumi Iwamoto Obito felt bad that she felt that way. In his mind, he would of loved to promote the group, but she had her reasons and he respected her for that. "I understand. I wish you could join is-- if not for you to benefit from the group, but I understand," he explained, "In truth, if I had to choose between doing the right thing and staying a member-- i'd choose the former. Besides," Obito said as he took out his Digivice. "I will admit I haven't battled Tenno, but I aspire to be as strong a tamer as he is-- if not stronger. If I could, I might make the Busters a far nobler cause... but thats me and my aspirations for you. Kind of ambitious, you know," he said. It almost sounded like mutanity to Obito, but he took pride in being in the Busters for his own reasons, and if he could he wouldn't make it as cut-throat as Kasumi would imagine it was. It hurt Obito to be affiliated with a gang though, and he sighed at that. "I really don't want to see it as a gang. But i respect your opinion. Either way-- I hope you don't think I'm some sort of thug or jerk. I know this sounds rather childish, but I hope we can be friends. " He gave a kind smile to her, trying to be as genuine as he had been before. Despite the girl's cold shoulder attitude, Obito wanted to make connections with other tamers and be friendly with them. The last thing he would want is to be viewed as a thug. It was then the conversation took an interesting tern. A library in the digital world. Now that sounded of great interest to Obito. "Um... wow, that is news to me," he said. "Well, our primary goal right now is to improve our skills and grow stronger, but also to make sure bad digimon don't cause trouble. My biggest goal though is to find out more about Panthermon. He is kind of an enigma of sorts. " But the mention of the Digital World was of great interest to him. "Wait a minute? Have you actually been to the Digital World?" he asked.

Despite her initial, indirect negative, Obito seemed like he was really bent on expanding the Busters' ranks. Well, that was more or less okay as an attempt, even if Kasumi herself didn't want anything to do with them. "Dun worry, mate. I can get behind the intent of gettin' stronger in a team and that stuff. It's just... not cut out for me. Who knows, maybe you'll get to beat Tenno's ass eventually and become an actually dece leader. Only time will tell."She shook her head at his words, looking at him a little bit strangely. "I think you're a good person. Friends take more than just a casual gatherin' unless you're Mirrormon, but sure. I think we're friendly acquaintances for now tho."To say she was a social butterfly was definitely an overstatement, but that was how she was. Dude seemed okay, but she wasn't in for rushing stuff. First impressions could be deceiving, after all. "A fine goal. Guess that everyone's after gettin' stronger, eh? Findin' about your partner is something only time can tell." And evolutions. Those usually did a good deal at unveiling some nice facts; pity she hadn't gotten Mirrormon to evolve yet. Digtal World was an interesting topic, though. In fact... "Yeah, once or twice, but never for too much time. Place's really weird. You can probs sneak in there at some point, see the sights and then go back. It ain't that hard." Obito Kamigawa

Kasumi Iwamoto Obito was extremely interested in what Kasumi had to say about the Digital World. He didn't even know how to get there, let alone how it was to travel to and from it-- and the way she said it, it seemed relatively easy to do! Like if it was a walk in the park. Obito adjusted his glasses as he sat himself up on the rock. "Hold on a moment. Really? From what I thought, the Digital World is hard to get to from our world--- not to mention even harder to return from? " he said. He then glanced at Panthermon, still prowling around Mirrormon as they both were interested in one another's unique traits. "Do you mind telling me about how to get there and back? I would imagine portals to the digital world can't be easy to find, and if you do, do they vanish as quickly?" he asked. This opened a new goal for Obito-- discovering the Digital World's secrets and to explore it. Perhaps it would even give more information on Panthermon and how he was created-- beyond just being a figment of Obito's imagination as a child. But still, the lure of the unknown and exploring the digital world was an amazing idea. Especially if he could easily make trips back and forth with relative ease. He had to know more about it. Meanwhile, Panthermon growled in his version of a purr as he listened to Mirrormon, still constantly peering at his mirror-stomach at his sleak body. The cat seemed to take pride in his appearance, fur and design. One wouldn't think he would have been a digimon save for the golden bracers around his front paws and the holy digi-ring around his left rear leg. "So... why are you so dedicated to being a scholar? I though most Digimon prefer to fight," he asked in a polite tone. While Panthermon admired learning things, he still honored his hunter-like nature to want to fight at times.

Welp, was he that new? For all what she reckoned, getting to the Digital World was super easy. "Huh, dude. Gettin' there is a piece of cake. You jus' gotta use your digivice a bit and have a computer at hand, and that's all. I never tried to venture too deep within, tho. The stuff lurkin' there would probs make everything this world has to offer pale in comparison. That's kinda the reason why Mirrormon and I gotta get stronger. I could show you sometime how to do it if you're so doubtful, even."Kasumi's partner, on his stead, was pretty curious about Panthermon. Why was he so affixed at his own reflection? He had no idea, but found it tad pointless to ask, finding the actual question way more interesting. "Knowledge is the purest expression of progress. The lantern that lights the one and true road and that eradicates barbarism and ignorance. In the face of such a noble cause, why wouldn't anybody try to pursue it with fervor? I don't discard fighting as a tool, but consider it just that. As a purpose on itself, I'd say it's a hollow endeavor."Of course, that was his opinion, but he was curious on what Panthermon thought about it. Maybe he was a like-minded individual? That'd be nice for a change. Obito Kamigawa

Kasumi IwamotoObito had never crossed the worlds before and it seemed as easy as how it was illustrated in the television show. IT was something he couldn't begin to fathom. Converting one's body into data by simply passing through a computer screen? Was it really as simple as she described, just as easy to get back. However, her comment about growing stronger-- it made Obito smile a bit. "I guess we both have the same goal. We all want to improve, huh?" OBito said. It was nice... not not feel alone now. He now knew a good handfull of good tamers. While the Busters were nice, not all the time were they social. It was this kind of interaction he liked. Curious, Obito looked to Panthermon and Mirrormon as they talked. Panthermon twitched his ears in a cat-like manner as he looked to Mirrormon and sat down. "I wouldn't know. Fighting is part of my programming after all, but it is nice to learn things. Though I gotta admit-- sometimes I wish Obito spent less time in his head and more time fighting, but its his intelligence that lets me grow stronger too." Panthermon shared with his new friend. The concept of a hollow endeavor made Panthermon really think -- that he did need more in his existence. ANd it was what Obito was trying to show him all this time too. His eyes widened a bit, looking once more at his own reflection. "I... never thought about that. I guess I have much to learn too. So... what kind of things do you know, or like to study?" he asked. "Well, its clear I still have more to learn about Digimon," Obito told Kasumi, "but I take Panthermon's well being serious. As much as he wants to go out there and fight. By the way, what kind of powers does Mirrormon have? I never seen a Digimon like him?"

Improving was probably a common goal among most tamers. It was true that she hadn't given it much importance until now, but that had been one of the lessons given by her encounter with that Charlie guy. Right now, even if she wanted to defend herself, she had to get stronger. "Guess we do. Hope you can someday accomplish your goals or something."For a moment, Kasumi checked her phone while the attention was diverted to Mirrormon. He nodded at Panthermon's explanation; while a digimon that seemed to enjoy fighting, he also seemed like he was interested in learning. That was a good first step for leading a more wholesome life, and not just a husk enveloped in strife. "A strong mind is as or even more valuable than a strong body." He remarked, completely confident in his words. "And knowledge itself is its own reward. My interest knows no bounds; as long as there's knowledge to be acquired, I'm interested in it."He could probably go on and on about this, but just as the redhead's face went through a certain piece of text on her phone, her face went pale. She stood up instantly, picking up Mirrormon right afterward. "I'm sorry, mate. Would love to keep on chattin', but I gotta run. Catch ya later." Right afterward, she bolted straight into a random direction, as fast as she could. Soon after, a peculiar radio message would begin playing in the whole park... Obito Kamigawa[EXIT]

Kasumi Iwamoto it was a semi-sweet moment between the two tamers, and their digimon were getting along great. Obito was about to ask if they could trade contact info-- so that they could talk more . He stood up from the rock and was about to ask-- when she checked her phone. Her eyes went wide and he hesitated as if he could read her mind. Something very bad must of happened. It was then, she quickly collected herself, took her Digimon and ran. "HUH?! Wait-- Wait a minute?!" Obito shouted-- but she had left, vanishing from view through the trees of the park. Once more, Obito and Panthermon were alone in the park. The boy felt a bit blown off, now standing there alone again, but soon felt Panthermon brush past him in a cat like manner. While Obito knew it wasn't something to take too personally, but he couldn't help but feel as if he was 'dumped' or something. Even if a part of him was drawn to her. "Did I do something wrong...?" "Take my advice, like when you used that crazy card you know I hate," Panthermon replied, "Females are crazy..." Obito gave his partner a glare-- but it was then that his phone's news alert went off. He looked at the phone and watched as the news feed went on-- and it was when he saw it. Saw what Tenno declared and the thing he said about... "N-no way..." THE END.
