It was another afternoon in Busters Tower-- though except a now nasty rainy day with thunder and lightning flashing in the distance. Even though it was only 3 am, the sky was way darker than it should be and thunder and lightning flashed. Even the thunder made the tower shake.
Obito-- even Panthermon-- felt tranquil as they heared the distant storm and the patter of rain upon the large windows. Every other day, Obito would attend the local area of the Busters Tower to meet new tamers and learn new skills. Often news of possible digimon threats and wanted targets would be posted around, for the Busters to keep an eye out for. After the events of the Greymon that attacked downtown SHinjuku, everyone was out in force patrolling.
Still, as a new member, Obito worked to balance his searching with his need to rest. After all, nothing was more miserable than searching blindly in a damn thunderstorm. Flicking cards with his fingers using Cardistry to practice his cards in battle, he practiced making the cards slide from his sleeve and back, changing cards in a split second. It was a silly hobby, but Obito liked how magicians could use cards that way. At his feet, Panthermon was taking a calm catnap, half-asleep as he listened to the distant thunder.
The rest of the commons were pretty empty. Most people were either off hunting, or gone home to be warm and dry. Obito hoped the storm would die down, but no such luck. However, he saw a few tamers and their Digimon about. A cool looking Leomon hung out around the Busters that was fun to talk to, a spuky tamer with a Byomon-- a little girl named Rei with a strange little bunny with headphones.
And soon he would see a guy with goggles and a Tentomon with him in toe. Typical, Obito rolled his eyes behind his glasses at the 'gogglehead'. No one needed goggles to be a bad-ass tamer-- but a part of Obito remembered when he was younger, and he too wore goggles as a 'fashon statement' before he grew out of that digimon phase as a kid. Still, it was at that age when he began liking Digimon, played the card game more and designed Panthermon.

SR06 - SPIRIT RUSH
The user surges with spirit energy, becoming engulfed in blue flames. For 2 turns, any target that touches the user will have a moderate chance of becoming Burned, as well as taking low Fire/Light damage. Additionally, their Essence score is added to their Strength score for the duration.
JF13 - LAST RESORT
A card that can only be used if the tamer has no other card swipes remaining. Their partner Digimon gains +10 to all stats for 2 turns.
BS044 - TRAINING MANUAL
Sets up training guidelines to help maximize the efficiency of training sessions. When used, staff will set up challenges for the user to attempt to follow. At the end of the thread, if all these objectives have been fulfilled, extra data rewarded. Can only be used in combat.
BS063 - CAT CLAWS
Summons a pair of Gatomon's copied SaberLeomon claws for Digimon use. This set of easy-to-use lightweight claws boosts the user’s Dexterity by 5 Points while worn. Inflicts low Light element damage. Fades away after 3 turns.
JF02 - PROWL
Allows a Digimon in appropriate darkness to essentially dematerialise, and reappear somewhere in the immediate area, provided it is also appropriately dark. Does not have to be used at nighttime or indoors -- shadow will also work. Can be used in combat.
BS129 - BRAVE SHIELD
The user equips WarGreymon's Brave Shield. Nullifies all fire damage aimed at it, but must be aimed and used with at least two hands. If placed on the user's back, it will nullify all fire damage aimed at their back. Lasts three turns. Digimon and humans. Humans must have 15 Athletics to use.
BS101 - HOLY RING
The Digimon gains a Holy Ring, commonly seen on many angelic or holy Digimon. The user gains a nullification to Light attacks and immunity to Curse status effects, their base affinity becoming Light. Lasts 5 turns.
JF08 - BLACKGATOMON SUMMON
Can only be used by Rank 2 Tamer or above. Summons a BlackGatomon that knows Black Lightning Paw (low Dark damage) and Black Lightning Howl (low chance of inflicting Stun for 2 turns, can be used once per summon) for 3 turns.
BS125 - ENTRENCH
Half Dexterity, Intellect, and Strength. Double Vitality, Defense, and Essence. Lasts two turns.
BS122 - CELESTIAL ARROW
Angewomon's signature attack. Launch a spear of moderate Light damage at an enemy. Inflicts Virus-attribute Digimon with Fear for three turns if it connects.
BS022 - INSPIRATION
Cures the Digimon of Fear. Residual effects will lead the Digimon to having all stats reduced by 2 for 1 turn.
BS084 - GHOST NETWORK
A Digimon for a brief time becomes intangible, able to move through walls and terrain. While they cannot attack, they also cannot be attacked either. Lasts for 2 turns.
BS015 - SPEED DRIVER
Raises the user's Dexterity by 10 points for 2 turns.
JF14 - NECRO ECLIPSE
AncientSphinxmon's signature attack. The user lets out a roar with the power of death itself. Inflicts moderate Dark damage in a cone, with a tiny chance to instantly kill NPC Digimon.
JF10 - ATTACK FROM THE SHADOWS
Empowers a target Digimon with dark energies. Their next three attacks (be it ability or basic) will ignore any resistances or nullifications to the dark affinity.
