While we promote the idea of freedom of choice, and have very few restrictions on what one cannot do, we do have some ground rules when it comes to being a part of the site. Follow these rules, and you shall have no problems during your stay on Digimon : Unity. [break][break]

• Read all of the rules. This is obviously the first thing that should be done, but ensure that you check through all of the information threads before consulting a staff member on a particular issue. What you're looking for is more than likely posted up somewhere![break][break]

• Respect. This is the golden rule in any social system. Don't treat others with disrespect - especially members of the staff team. [break][break]

• No trolling. And for that matter, no flaming. Do not provoke other members. This rule ties into rule number two. If you feel you are subject to trolling, don't take matters into your own hands - contact a member of staff and the issue will be dealt with.[break][break]

• Do not harass other members - be this on site or off site. Harassment is making other members uncomfortable, so please respect other people's boundaries. However, before citing this rule and claiming a member is harassing you, please be aware that this is an RP site, and many matters are not that serious.[break][break]

• Do not spam or flood. Do not spam the chatbox with meaningless images, chatter or emoticons, and do not flood it by talking to yourself. If somebody wishes to respond, they eventually will.[break][break]

• This is an M-Rated site. This does not mean, however, that directly sexual content of any kind is permitted in threads or messages. As a general rule, keep all mature elements tasteful - overuse is simply tacky and can lead to a member of staff warning you.[break][break]

• All account display names are to be your character's name - no exceptions.[break][break]

• This is an animanga site - faceclaims must be of anime, manga, or drawn nature. Some video game faceclaims are allowed, and will be judged on a case by case basis. Any other type of faceclaim is forbidden and may be denied if deemed unsuitable for the site.[break][break]

• Do not plagiarize ideas from other players. This includes characters, Digimon forms, and attacks. This is unacceptable and you will be asked to change it.[break][break]

• You are limited to two characters. To create more than this, you must have at least 20 posts on each character before starting a new application.[break][break]

• Do not attempt to cheat the system by posting and deleting posts to increase your power level. This is easily detected, and will lead to an instant and permanent ban from the forum.[break][break]

• Each post is to have a minimum of 100 words. Absolutely no exceptions.[break][break]

• Do not look for loopholes or work-arounds to any of the rules. Do not ask another staff member a question that has already been answered in hopes of receiving a different answer or approval.[break][break]

Breaking any of the rules in this thread will lead first to a warning, then a temporary ban, and then finally, after all chances are exhausted - a permanent ban from the forum.
