Should one ask, a cordial acquaintance would say that Momoka is intelligent if not a "bit" peculiar. She's known for smiling, even laughing, when the situation doesn't call for it. Even opting to add in her nonsensical two cents with the clear intention of trying to help. Which never does. There aren't many people (two) capable of deciphering her mile-long gibberish littered monologues. Nor will they get any contextual help since she seems to purposely mislabel certain items and actions. So her attempts at help tends to confuse anyone who is sorry enough to listen. It doesn't seem like she does it on purpose. Momoka genuinely does enjoy helping others! She's just better at showing her generosity physically than vocally expressing it.
[break][break]
An unhealthy upbringing filled with anime, an overprotective grandmother's cookies and copious amounts of time to the internet left Momoka's view of the world a bit skewed. For starters, she doesn't comprehend the idea of permanent consequences. Anything can be fixed as long as someone tries hard enough. At least that is what her favorite show always tells her. If it weren't for her online experiences, Momoka would act far more recklessly than she does. Don't be fooled. Momoka makes some seriously questionable choices that the average sane individual wouldn't typically try. She wouldn't attempt a triple back flip off of a bridge but she would get into someone's van if they offered her two scoops of ice cream.
[break][break]
Momoka wouldn't even realize that she had been kidnapped. Her happy glittery sunshine view of the world makes it so that she doesn't quite see the wrong in people's actions. She's blindfolded and stuck at the back of someone's van? They're probably some new friends that wanted to take her to a secret party that they've been planning for weeks! One of the precious items in her trinket-packed room is suddenly missing? A good old friend wanted to see it in a better lightening and will return it when they're done! No, it doesn't matter that that item has been gone for a few years or that she was personally told that they wouldn't give it back. They'll give it back someday! People wouldn't just keep things that aren't theirs! No transgressions against her part seems to sour her mood. She's simply a perpetually loud and happy girl.
[break][break]
An obsessive worker often mistaken for an overachiever, Momoka spends an profuse amount of time working on what she likes. Hours upon hours can be spent sitting in front of a computer screen working on who knows what. She has created intricate programs for the most menial things. Created colorful online encyclopedias filled with fairy tale characters and anime characters alike because she was bored. She's was once notorious for data mining games because she couldn't wait one more week for their release and even then would dig for more information about the game once it's done. Her need to know everything about a subject that interests her is useful if not concerning to those that are interested in the same thing. She's definitely a dependable source of information to anyone who can understand her happy babbles.

[attr="class","trooper_head"] PERSONALITY
What does one call a woman that is incapable of telling the difference between the real world and her favorite anime? [break][break]
Momoka Leriche.

Momoka is whimsically oblivious to the fact that she's "different".

Her parents bothered attempted to raise her up until she was nearly two. At some points they must have gotten tired of the parenting thing because the most reoccurring person in her life from then on would be her grandmother. If Momoka has any abandonment issues, she definitely doesn't show it. Her dear grandmother had kept her well distracted with quirky stories about far away magical worlds and cookies. She ate the stories up much faster than any special recipe concocted by her grandmother. Anime and games would later fuel her wild imagination. From her quirky cloths that she would eventually wear in school to the way she spoke. It definitely gotten her some negative attention. Not that she ever cared. Whoever tried to bully her for her wacky quirkiness was usually smothered later by her unbearable cheerfulness.
[break][break]
Digimon was one of those things that was bound to catch her attention. Magical creatures that did fantastically destructive things were right up her ally. She'd eventually become obsessed with learning out the lore and filling her already packed room with their merchandise. When the card game was released, she had bought started to collect cards simply to collect them. She participated in a duel or two but never went as far as entering a tournament. Instead he spent more time lore digging and Digimon cataloging. Eventually making a little wiki site about her new favorite genre.

She had just gotten settled with the idea of college when her partner had arrived. Her parents had bought her a small apartment (according to her grandmother) when she was of age and she had just gotten settled when a digivice plopped onto her head. Not even a second later, her digimon would appear later. It was an awkward meeting with only shocked filled stares from both parties. It was Lopmon that'd eventually break the ice which eventually led to Momoka nearly getting evicted for 'illegally loud screaming'.
[break][break]
They would grow pretty close afterwards. Momoka would spend her time procrastinating on her studies while filling her 'Digidex' with random information about her Lopmon and her Lopmon would remind her that she's a living being that needs to eat. When she had gotten an introduction to the Web Troopers, she had first ignored it. Completely writing it off as one of those random emails she got thanks to signing up to some questionable sites. It wasn't until a few days later where she decided to check her mailbox for once after returning home from a local mart. Lopmon, who took the time to read the card, managed to talk them into going. The two of them needed a change of pace anyway. Following the directions given to her she found herself in front of Invicta and once inside found herself captivated by the organization immediately. She'd eventually eagerly join after partially listening to what would be required of her.
[attr="class","trooper_head"] History
Momoka is the product of two love-struck young adults that couldn't take a few minutes to go to the nearest convenience store to buy a condom. As such the two of them learn that the responsibilities of a parent is far more difficult than they ever imagined. Especially had suspected that a few days of unprotected coupling would leave to a baby. They would be forced to move to Japan within months later thank to the recommendation of her father's mother. Her mother's family, unfortunately, were far too miffed with their daughter to provide any help. She was about six months old when her family moved to Japan. Nothing particularity exciting happened outside of finding somewhere to live that was close by her grandmother's.[break][break]
