Tokyo, modern day. To most people, it exists as a city of technological marvel and riches. For a few, however, this is not the truth. There is another Tokyo, a darker Tokyo lurking underneath, where secrets fester.

Out of the eye of the general public, the otherwise innocuous "Digital Monsters" franchise has proven itself to be something much, much more than an anime and a card game. Between four rogue factions of individuals known as "Tamers", who train Digimon, and the government, a conspiracy is unraveling beneath Tokyo.
