Life and death seem to be relative in their universe; with the Infinity Formula and the Super Soldier Serum, enhanced humans are becoming just as big a problem as inhumans and - to some - mutants. It's a dark and dangerous world for anyone that has abilities or chooses to pick up a costume and try to make the world a better place. SHIELD has never quite recovered from the attack within by HYDRA and since then, a lot of their top operatives have either gone solo or work for the new Avengers or the World Counter-Terrorism agency, SHIELD is barely balancing but the world needs a new hero. The threats aren't just local nor are they contained to earth. The whole galaxy poses its own threats and there just doesn't seem to be enough good in the world to balance it out.
While the heroes battle to survive, battle to save the world and battle through their own turmoils, it seems impossible to live up to the legacies they're supposed to uphold; can you stay a legend in a world of chaos?
