A crowd had gathered at a small arcade nestled neatly in the upper floor of one of Shibuya's malls, the excitement within simply too much for passerby to leave be. Exclamations of joy and rage met the ears of any who even attempted to do their shopping nearby. Some would think a tournament of some sort were taking place, but it was the heat of battle, a worthy challenge, that fueled the commotion all its own. A blue jacket swept in the breeze of the moving masses, and an index finger blasted its way above the heads of all those around. "Oi, oi! Who's next?!" Tetsuyo Atsu, high school student and labeled delinquent flashed a grin, goggles obscuring his eyes, opposite hand holding the arcade cabinet's model pistol expertly. Ladies swooned, lesser males faltered to the challenge, and the earth itself trembled at the might presented by the one and only High Iron Brawler of Tokyo. A twenty-second win under his belt met him with a crop of fresh fans pouring in if only to gaze upon his wonder. "Statistically speaking you're due for a loss, bro," the Tentomon hiding beneath the cabinet's lower docks clicked its primary claws timidly, "You sure you don't wanna just drop it here...?" "Hell no!! That's not how a real man does things!" Tetsuyo placed his right foot atop the stool which had been positioned close behind him and jutted a thumb into his breast, eyes ablaze with a passion unknown to most. "Alright, next phase of our training, watch closely and take notes! When you're met with the odds against you, that's when you have to fight the hardest! Never turn your back to a challenge! That's the way Team Tetsuyo rolls!" Another uproarious applause broke out among the crowd of people, and the teenage tamer smirked, lifting his goggles to the top of his head. This was hype. Real hype. It was days like this that he lived for, and like hell was he going to lose his throne now.

What in the world was causing this commotion in an Arcade?
Toshiro's recent return to the world outside of his room had been a surprisingly positive experience so far, his walks through the park leading to a few meetings pleasant meetings.
This was the reason for which the young man now ventured further into society, going to one of the places he would loved to visit as a child.
He was more of a PC guy as far as games went, but the atmosphere seemed nice and some of the games entertaining.
And then everything had gotten really loud.
A hype man of sorts had taken the stage, so to speak. By the way he spoke, he had winning streak going and had completely captivated the crowd with his charismatic enthusiasm.
Everyone seemed to love the guy. Heck, girls were even swooning over him.
The only thing Toshiro really cared about, however, was the game he was playing. He hadn't tried that one yet and there was finally a turn.
"I'll play." He suddenly said. Somehow, the crowd seemed to fall silent for a moment as the blonde made his way through the crowd.
His fingers interlocked as he stretched them above his head, the air pockets popping as he came to stand besides the charismatic, manly man.

Toshiro Emiya Tetsuyo Atsu Rei had arrived in the arcade after school. It wasn't long since she had ran into that other Musimon and how the that one-- and her's had caused trouble in an arcade similar in this. She was lucky she had been able to resolve the problem on her own. She would of just gone home had Musimon not insisted to go inside. THe lure of all the lights and music drove him crazy with the desire to absorb it. he was so alive with the melody he squirmed in her arms as she hugged him tightly. To many who looked on, Rei appeared to be a young girl with a stuffed-animal like backpack that appeared to be a strange rabbit with headphones. In reality, it was a Digimon, and one with a rather lively energy at that. Rei had joined the busters only a few days ago, and had hardly any real battle experience. In fact, many had looked down at her for her lack of experience-- and worse, due to Musimon's lack of 'attack power'. But his true strength came in the form of supportive powers, that no other digimon were known to have. For Rei, he was a good partner-- not only cause they shared a love of music. But since becoming members of Busters, Musimon urged to grow stronger in his own way, as Rei wanted to be a better tamer. Slowly, Rei poked her way through the crowd of taller kids and people and watched the card-game tables as she saw a group of people play with Digimon cards. The same cards Rei had collected. As the two watched the older kids played, Musimon twitched his ears and looked up at Rei. "You should try to play a game with him too, you know?" he suggested to Rei. Rei's eyes went wide and her face red. "What? Are you joking?" she gasped, looking around nervously. "I barely know how to play... and I probably don't have the right cards to compete..." she said timidly. Musimon, however, gave a 'pssht' sound and waved his ear-hand lightly so no one saw. "Come on, Rei. You have gotten some good cards and learned alot. Give it a chance," Musimon insisted. Still, the young girl just kept to the side for now and thought he would see how the battle between the two boys would transpire. Although, the wheels in Musimon's head were starting to spin, as he knew he had to build up Rei's confidence as a tamer. Better now than never. (Rei's Deck) REI'S CARD POUCH
SC03 - NEGATION MAGIC A Taps into a dark magic, creating an arcane field around one target Tamer or Digimon. Any damage that is tiny or lower will be negated on contact with this field for 3 turns until the spell wears off.
SC20 - RAY OF LIGHT Allows a Digimon to summon forth a blinding ray of sunshine over one target, inflicting tiny Light damage.
BS110 - FRAMERATE JUMP The Digimon's speed is massively boosted for three turns. Their movements become erratic and difficult to follow, and they begin to leave afterimages. Half the Digimon's Intellect is added o their Dexterity for the duration.
BS027 - CLEAR MIND Cures the Digimon of Berserk. The effects are as much numbing as they are calming, reducing Strength by 5 for 2 turns.
BS042 - RESILIENCE Gives the Digimon immunity to incoming physical status effects. Lasts for one turn.
BS060 - POISON IVY Augments the Digimon's claws/talons into extendable vines, able to reach up to 25ft forward. While both useful for reaching distant objects, they are just as effective as whips. Inflicts low Wood damage and first hit has a low chance to Root for one turn. Fades away after 3 turns.
BS125 - ENTRENCH Half Dexterity, Intellect, and Strength. Double Vitality, Defense, and Essence. Lasts two turns.
BS062 - ROCK AND ROLLER Summons Shoutmon's mic for Digimon use for Digimon/human use. Inflicts low metal damage, but it can be also screamed into one time to inflict tiny Wind damage in a cone of about 30ft. (Humans require at least 5 Athletics)
BS055 - VEE PUNCH Veemon's signature attack. The user winds up their arm at a high velocity before hurling a punch. Deals low Earth damage and knocks back targets up to 20ft.
BS076 - SCATTER AUGMENT Modifies the Digimon next ranged attack to damage all foes in a cone radius. (Minimum 5ft cone, increases by 5ft for each damage category above Tiny)
MT017 - REVERSE PLOY Reverses all current stat changes from cards or ability/passive effects from combatants (I.E a buff becomes a debuff etc.) for 3 turns.
BS037 - WILL O' WISP Summons forth a tiny ghost that emits a dim blue light. Generally useful for seeing in darker areas. The ghost fades away after 5 turns, and cannot attack or be damaged.
BS050 - BOOM BUBBLE Patamon's signature attack. The user inhales a large amount of air before launching a concussive blast, dealing low Wind damage and pushing back a foe up to 20ft.

At first Tetsuyo was certain that the call for another challenger had fallen on deaf ears. A minute or so passed with naught but the whispers of the crowd to accompany him, until finally another boy stepped forward. Blonde hair, likely around his own age. He let off the kind of cool kid vibes that neither the tamer or his partner much cared for in company, but having the balls to stand up and play a round of INTERSTELLAR GUNSABLAZE HYPER ARENA 6 was enough to bring forth a smirk.
"Ahhh, well now, let's see what you've got!" The blue haired youth pointed to his opponent's designated blue pistol, "Show me that you've got what it takes to move up to Player One! I want this to be a battle for the ages!" He fished a coin from his pocket and inserted it into the cabinet, the game starting almost instantly after doing so. Luckily there was a pretty lengthy opening sequence which gave them some breathing room for discussion.
"Simple. Whoever misses 5 targets first is the loser. Think you can handle it?" A hearty laugh belted from the teen's chest.
"Good luck, bro..." Tentomon whispered from below. It knew the game was pretty straight forward, but as players progressed through the course the number of targets and their movements became less and less readable to the common player. The insectoid Digimon had learned this the hard way the last time there were few enough people around for Tetsuya to try and teach his partner how to play.

The blonde turned his gaze towards the blue player 2 gun the charismatic young man had gestured to, before shifting his eyes towards the screen moments later. It was a simple point and shoot game, but it would be the first time Toshiro played a game like it. He would probably get trounced by the young man, if his win streak was anything to go by.
Oh well, he just wanted to try it out anyways. And who knew, maybe he was ended up being better at it than he thought. Reaching into his pocket, he produced the required tokens and slipped them into the machine, mimicking the bluenette besides him.
"Five shots, huh? Gotcha." He said as he reached for the gun, momentarily glancing over his shoulder to look at the mass of people gathered behind them. He didn't feel too nervous, surprisingly enough. But then again, he supposed nerves before a crowd were unlikely when you just didn't care.
That said, he found himself staring at a girl wearing a snowcap. Not because of anything strange about her in particular. No, the strange thing was the digimon the girl was holding like a backpack. He blinked at it for a few seconds, before slowly turning his gaze back towards the screen.
Figures. Would he ever be able to go outside of his room without running into other tamers, he wondered?
"So what was that talk about a 'lesson' before anyways?" Asked the blonde as they waited for the lengthy opening sequence to finish. "You tutoring some of the dudes in the crowd?"

Tetsuyo Atsu Toshiro Emiya For the time, Musimon behaved himself as he and Rei watched the simple fighting match over the game. A scoring game involving shooting targets to get a high score. That kind of game, Rei wasn't really into. Her brother maybe was into shooters, but not her. If there were any games she liked-- was the dancing games, maybe racing, those little games of skills that involved tickets. For her, she knew how those little games were maneuvered to get the high prize, and the patience for the machine to allow them. Still, she preferred games of skill over just raw trigger-action like this game was. Of course, while Musimon was keeping his 'backpack' appearance and didn't move around too much, she could feel his twitching at the sound and sight of one of the 'Dance Dance Revolution' games. TO a Musimon-- or Dancemon if you ran across one-- it was a lure that such a Digimon could never ignore. She simply gave Musimon a soothing pat on his head to calm him. "Easy, Rhyme. " she reminded him. "Sigh... I wish we had a console at home," Musimon whistled, " Maybe we could ask Ryuji if he could get one." "You mean I ask him" she corrected, since Ryuji didn't know anything about Musimon besides he was a 'stuffed animal', "and I doubt he has the money for something like that. But I get it. I wish I could find a job for my age, but I can't till I'm older." Of course, for Rei and Musimon, so much was going on that neither of them could tell there were other tamers around, let alone other members of the Busters.

Toshiro Emiya Rei Oto "Oh, you caught that, huh?" Tetsuyo smirked confidently and began to open fire on the first wave of targets. Round one was always slow paced, even if the movement of the enemies was always random. "I wouldn't call it tutoring, mentoring more like." Tentomon rolled its eyes beneath the cabinet, but then jumped to a start when it noticed Rei and Musimon nearby. It waved happily at the other Busters, hoping they would notice him. Tetsuyo whistled and spun the plastic pistol in his palm as 'ROUND COMPLETE' flashed on the screen in gold lettering. He turned and lifted his goggles, flashing a grin as he also noticed the allied tamer and her partner. "You up for a game of cards after this?"

The first level of the game was not at all challenging. More of a warm up than an actual level, it likely was intended to let newbies get a feel for the mechanics. Toshiro spent most of it wondering if he should be worried about the clear rise increase of tamer activity in Tokyo.
He could count the times he had run into tamers with their digimon in the middle of the day on a single hand. Seemed like the gangs were beginning to get sloppy, if they just allowed their members to wander at their own discretion.
Or maybe the girl was just another lone tamer.
"Hm?" He uttered, glancing from the corner of his eye at the blue haired young man.
"Mentoring?" He questioned as the level came to an end, the words 'round complete' flashing on the screen. The blonde turned his gaze towards the entire crowd, finding the charismatic young man's words a bit hard to believe. "All of them? About what?"
He seemed more like a hype man than a mentor to the blonde, getting everyone pumped up with a bombastic, cheery attitude and a radiant appearance.
The blue haired man looked over his shoulder and suddenly offered a game of cards. Toshiro couldn't tell if it was directed at him or someone else in the audience. But hey, he wouldn't reject a chance at a card game.
"Uh... Sure. We talking gambling card games, or TCGs?" He didn't have a deck of poker on him, but he did have a few Digi-Modify cards on his pocket.

Toshiro Emiya Tetsuyo Atsu They overheard the challenge for a TCG card game-- very really to be the Digimon card game. Musimon's ears twitched at the sound of it. Sure, a trained eye could probably tell that Musimon was not a stuffed animal but very likely a little girl holding him wouldn't think the wiser. It was a decent fix for the time being. Still, the bunny rabbit digimon was excited to hear about the card game. "Rei-Rei-Rei!" The musical mutant rabbit whispered enthusiastically, "You should challenge him to a game." Rei's eyes went wide as she hugged Musimon closer to talk to him. "What?!" she hissed, shocked. "Come on!" he urged, "You been practicing. That nice guy from the Web Troopers really helped us out. Come on? It's just a game. What's the worst that can happen?" The little girl looked around at all the other people crowded around her and overlooking the two. "You mean besides risking you being seen-- and humiliating myself to lose in front of all these people." A sheen of red crossed over her cheeks. Musimon just whistled at the thought. "oh no one will mind. COme on, come on! Play a game. You won't learn how to really play till you actually do it!" he urged. "I'm sorry," Rei said firmly and turned her head away. "Out of the question. I'm not good enough yet." She seemed adamant about not playing. She was too shy and too self-conscious to jump in. But it was then that Musimon smirked. A twinkle was in his eye. What was this crafty little digital bunny going to do? A plan was crafting in his little head. "What did you say, Rei-chan?" he asked again. "I said, I'm not gonna play." she said-- -- but it was then Musimon took action and had analyzed Rei's voice. It was then his speakers blared out. "I'll play against you!" the sound of Rei's voice blurted out. "I'll beat you senseless! Show me what you got!" The surrounding group were surprised by the declaration of a challenge. But most surprised was Rei-- as she didn't say it! Musimon snickered, trying hard to not move physically as he was in her arms. In truth, Rei didn't accept the challenge--- MUsimon used his power over sound to mimic Rei's voice and announce it as if it was her. Rei's face turned beat red and her eyes wide with alarm. "Wha?!" She gasped, jumping back. "Wait a minite! I didn't--- " "COme on, chicken! Show me what you got!" The mimicked voice of Rei shouted-- from Musimon's speakers as he still feinted being a stuffed animal. A nervous chuckle came from Rei-- but it would only probably aggravate Atsu to have a younger child mouth off to him. Rei quickly turned around and pinched Musimon on his cheeks. "What are you doing?!" she hissed, her face so red she felt she might die. "Musimon! That's a horrible trick to pull on me!"

The crowd roared as the next round started up, Tetsuyo turning on his heel and firing at each of the targets expertly as they floated onto the screen, this time much faster than before. There was definitely an early learning curve spike. "What do we do when things get tough?!" Another target down, and everyone, including the Tentomon beneath the cabinet, couldn't resist but to follow along in a sort of chant, "KEEP GOING!""How long do we keep pushing the immovable object?!" Two more targets obliterated, "UNTIL IT BUDGES!""And when we're met with a challenge?!" The last string of targets sped by but were no match for Tetsuyo's aim, "NEVER TURN YOUR BACK!!"Just as the round was completed, the teen found himself met by confirmation of a game of Digi-Modify from Rei. Or, well, unaware to him, her partner disguising its voice. He turned his back to the game once more and crossed his arms, the movement of the masses causing his jacket to appear to bellow out behind him. The air had become intense. A ferocious glimmer filled the young man's gaze. His grin never fell, however. No, he wasn't angered. He was pumped up. "You're on! I hope you play a mean game to match your words, kiddo, because I won't hold back! Not until the very end!" He gave a pat to his current opponent's shoulder, expression shifting into something a bit more mellow. "Digi-Modify. You play...? Um..." It was like watching that video of the famous guy screaming at you to just do it. The man had the crowd enraptured, his every word met with loud cheering and adoration.
What the fuck.
"How are you doing that?" Asked the blonde, his brows high enough to nearly touch his hair line.
He had heard of showmanship but he didn't think there existed a highschooler in Japan capable of commanding people's attention in such a way.
That said, the blonde couldn't really get into his spiel. Likely because it went against the blonde's very form of life. Or well, considering his general state of inactivity, his form of existing.
Then again, he had been sort of dropping that recently, thanks to his partner's crashing of his life. Perhaps he should try and listen closely...?
As it turned out, the young man hadn't been talking to him, but to... wouldn't you know it, digimon backpack girl. He was a little surprised at how much her demeanor clashed with her words.
She could talk tough for someone so meek looking.
Well, at least he hadn't been completely forgotten; seemed like he was also in the running for a cardgame.
A Digi-modify match.
That game had never made too much sense to him as a TCG. He considered it poorly designed as a whole.
Or maybe he was just a salty MtG fan who disliked the fact an anime franchise cardgame was the world's most succesful TCG.
Regardless, he couldn't refuse now. If there was something he didn't chicken out of, it was a card game. It was a fun thought exercise coupled with an utter lack of physical effort. Ideal for a lazy piece of trash.
Like him!
"Toshiro." He supplied lazily, "Pleasure, Tetsuyo." He said, glancing back at the screen.
He was already 2 shots down. If he kept letting the blue head's impromptu inspirational speeches distract him he would likely lose very soon.
"Ah crud." he grumbled, scratching at his head. He supposed it didn't matter. He had wanted to try the game, and got to.
"So, Digi-modify. I guess it's lucky I'm carrying a deck." He kinda had to, what with the very real possibility of running across trouble nowadays. He wondered why someone like Tetsuyo would carry one though.
...
"You are a tamer, ain't cha." He was not asking, he was stating.
Why would normal people carry Digi-Modify decks on their pockets? Tetsuyo certainly didn't look like the kind of guy who spent his time playing Digi-modify at the local gaming store.
Then again, maybe he shouldn't judge a book based on its cover...
Its charismatic, crowd managing, life mentoring cover.
Yeah, there was no way this guy was one of those nerds.

Toshiro Emiya Tetsuyo Atsu Rei was sweating bullets from under her cap, her nerves jacked up high from the situation she was placed in. The two older boys looked rather on the tough side, intimidating to a girl like Rei. It was times like this she wished her older brother was here-- who was rather similar to them, but somewhat caring when it came to her safety. Even though they were friendly still, she was really on the spot thanks to Musimon's prank. "R-Rei. Rei Oto," she replied to her name. She gave a nervous smile. "Um... I play a little, yes..." "And I'm gonna take you down!" Imitating-Rei-Musimon's voice blared from the speakers, all while the Digimon's actual lips didn't move. "I"m gonna school you fool--!" Rei quickly grabbed hold of Musimon and covered his speakers with her limbs, as if trying to stifle his sound-- and give him a not so gentle squeeze to keep him quiet. She just chuckled nervously, her face now very red. "I-I mean I just came from school. Just give me a moment please--" he gave a not so kind glare at Musimon. "I need to take the BATTERIES out of this thing." She took a step back and whispered into Muismon's large ears. "What are you doing?!" she hissed, feeling as if she was losing her mind. "You are in so much trouble when I get home and I--" It was then the question 'you're a digimon tamer' came to her ears. She jumped back around, her face shocked as if a little girl was caught taking a cookie from the cookie jar. "UM... I um..." she didn't answer, but it was pretty obvious how she held on to Musimon. Despite his partner's anger, Musimon just chuckled. "Oh, go on Rei. Relax and play, yo!" he cheered softly, encouraging her to take a risk. All Rei could do was sigh, feeling butterflies fly around in her stomach. Between the other blonde haired teen and the punkish challenging man with the glasses, Rei felt way out of her league. She soon sat at one of the tables as the crowd came in around them to see the card game match. Many people commented how cute Rei was, and the fact she was so red and embarrassed made her cuter still. There were even opinions of worry if she could hold her own. With a deep breath, Rei allowed herself to relax. She then lowered Musimon as if he was just a stuffed animal backpack onto the ground under the table-- where Tetsuyo's Tentomon was. As Musimon was let go and he stood up, out of sight from the other people of the arcade, he soon saw the strange Tentomon. Rei and Musimon had yet to meet other digimon in Busters. So meeting the Tentomon was new for Musimon. At first, he thought he could be a stuffed animal too-- till he moved. "AHA! " he declared, pointing his hand-ear at Tentomon. "You're a digimon too!" Meanwhile, Rei had put her card collection on the table and amateurishly shuffled the cards. She had read the instructions, got directions from others. If now was a time to do a dry run, it was now-- but she didn't think it would be in this situation. Still, she laid out her online deck and remembered where the cards went for the Digimon, upgrade, digivolution and option cards. She was ready.

Rei OtoToshiro EmiyaThinking for a moment, Tetsuyo eventually committed the gravest sin known to man: screen looking. Since the dawn of split-screen gaming, the offense of peeping the opponent's screen has been near-punishable by death, but under the current circumstances he found it urgent. Of course, for Tetsuyo most of anything that popped into his head was urgent as he wasn't much used to things crowding around up there. Taking note of how he had missed no targets and Toshiro had missed three already, well... he didn't want to end this until it could be ended proper in his eyes, more or less. "I can't call this a victory, it isn't right." He put down his controller and allowed the next round to pass quickly, the first five targets that soared by sealing the teen's fate. The crowd was confused by this sudden change of tone, nearly devastated. Questioning began among their number as they wondered where the hype had gone. Little did they know he was about to teach them something even more important here. "Toshiro, I concede for now, but come back when you've played a few more matches. Get some more practice under your belt." He winked to the blonde and gave him a finger pistol before turning to walk to the tables and play a match of Digi-Modify with his fellow Buster, "I want to fight you when we have equal experience under our belts. Both here, and as Tamers." As not to alarm his fans, he made sure his final words would only be heard by the other boy. Toshiro knew about the Digimon scene that had been folding out across Japan. It was becoming more and more likely to run across others with partnered Digital Monsters as the days went by, but motivation was always uncertain. He had to be sure of the crowd Toshiro hung around, it was only proper considering his own allegiance. "So, Rei," the teen smiled and sat across from the girl, "think you can contend with the up and coming Buster extraordinaire?" Meanwhile, as the humans prepared their decks up above, the two Digimon underneath the table mingled. Tentomon rolled its eyes at the hyperactive yellow bunny thing as it made the most obvious comment. "Of course I'm a Digimon, you've been to Busters Tower haven't you? I'm surprised that my tamer didn't alert you, he's rather... vocal. I was under the impression that post-inauguration he had made himself known to the lot of you, he was more than thrilled to be brought into the gang." The red beetle sighed and shook its head, "Sometimes I wonder if all his flamboyant putting on is just going to get us into a load of trouble..."

Well, that was that. Tetsuyo had given his victory away, and Toshiro was left with a challenge delivered via finger bullet to get better before his next match with the blue haired tamer.
Assuming it even happened, of course.
All in all, Toshiro could only imagine how disappointed the crowd of adoring fans was. He could only hope they didn't hate his ass now. That would be a pain to deal with. He had just come to the arcade to have some fun outside of his room for once.
From the way the blue head spoke, Toshiro wasn't sure if the man had forgotten he had pretty much invited himself into the little card game.
Well whatever, he had nowhere to be and had already accepted the challenge. It clearly not being directed at him mattered little. Anyone who had played card games new that there was always a challenger waiting on the side lines for their turn to take on the winner anyways.
Rather unabashedly, the blonde grabbed a chair and dragged it up to the table set up for card play, dropping his ass onto it while waiting for the other two to begin.
"... What? I did accept the challenge, didn't I?" He said as he reached into his pocket and slapped his own deck of cards onto the corner of the table. The card game version of putting a token on an arcade game being used. "I'll take on the winner." He declared before yawning, leaning back on the seat whilst slipping his arms onto his hoodie's pockets, letting them dangle inside the pockets lazily.

Tetsuyo Atsu Toshiro Emiya Rei gripped her knees briefly-- now seeing another one line up to battle. It would probably baffle Tetsuyo to have 'Rei" challenge him, then act all shy and hesitant. All the while, Musimon chatted to the particularly chatty Tentomon. Musimon tilted his head. "We never met-- so not sure where you heard of us," Musimon said, "I'm Musimon. Rei-chan and I only just joined the Shinjuku Busters. We don't stop every day. Rei has to always go home and take care of her school work and house chores, so we haven't been around as much as we would like. So you can imagine I'm surprised your that guy's partner." Musimon gave a friendly flip with his hand-ears. At the table, Rei took a deep breath and drew her cards. She sheeplishly hid behind her hand of 5 cards, and looked at what she had. She knew the rules, that she had to pick a rookie digimon and work her way up each round-- either digivolving it, or using cards to support it. If you could beat a stronger digimon with the right match and beat a stronger opponent at a higher level, you earn more points. THe one to reach 1000 points wins (intervals of 100 according to the original game.) Rei swallowed her nerve and looked at the cocky opponent. "I'll do my best..." she said and played her first card. A Patamon as the rookie of choice. Her's in the corner had a red circle in the corner. The digimon cards determine their attacks-- but also their opponent's primary attacks. If you had a Patamon with a red circle-- your opponent had to use their red attack option, and vise versa for the enemy's card as well. It was from then winners were declared-- unless you had option and modify cards. "I'll start with Patamon," she said and laid a power option card in the corner. "So... I guess its your turn to pick a digimon." From under the table, Musimon chuckled. "Go-go-Rei chan! Kick his butt!" OOC: Point of rule, lets use the cards we have in our main decks but we can improvise. digivolve said cards into what they naturally can become, improvise the effects of cards and so on. Up to you of course)
